My managers friend did an event poster and I'm supposed to send it to print today. Long story short I really think it's terrible and the designer should be sent back to the drawing board for his own good. I'm itching to pick up the phone, should I?

why are you so bent up? So your manager's friend made a poster. Who are you to shit on someone else's pastime? Are they getting business you should otherwise get as a professional? Maybe they're just learning or something. Or maybe it's apersonal thing about which you know nothing.

Hi Harlequine: I spend all day every day making work that represents my organisation and myself in the public eye. I've worked hard for a long time to build a reputation for me and my company I don't want that damaged by bad work with our name attached.
Everyone is entitled to time to learn and one of the most valuable ways to do that is to be told to stop and think again, do better! That's how I learned. There is such a thing as not good enough.
