opentable.com for other businesses

  I'm working on a surf website. The client offers surfing lessons for 2 locations. The client wants people to see if the classes are booked via their website - like how Open Table does it for restaurants and booking reservations.

  Does anyone know of a setup like Open Table that works for other business situations? Or is there an easy way to set it up on the client's end?

  I'm looking for a quick & dirty solution... :-)
