So I went home and called Apple and said I know it's the battery, I know others who had the same problem so just give me a new battery. They sent one out in 3 days and I sent back the old one.

I had a similar problem with my power adaptor a few years ago, it just sotpped working, they said that they needed to get my computer in for a week for review. I wen to the store and showed the retard that you can plug that adaptor to any computer on the store and see that it wont charge the laptop battery, it was hard to convince him that we can do the test with any computer in 10 seconds, intead of a week. the manager came, he said lets do it, computer wasn't charging, 4 minutes later they replaced the porwer adaptor at no charge.
it sucks that you have to get mean sometimes, but if you don't put your foot down, they will take the genious thing very seriously.

Yup, bug them about it and/or call multiple times until they get the message.
I always plan out how to explain the situation before I actually have to in order to sound more sure of myself (since I'm not a very forceful person).
Apple is usually good about replacing or fixing things when I talk to them over the phone. But I haven't seen anyone in person. Maybe there's a difference (besides having the ability to show and explain the problem more accurately when you see someone in person).

apple batteries are usually 400 charge cycle batteries
