Sometimes, usually in the shower, my mind has conversations with itself, when I say 'itself' what I mean is 'other people', somewhat disturbingly, I can just carry on with my shampooing and let them carry on, no effort required.

I sometimes find myself automatically saying/thinking "undo" when I do something wrong... like spill milk or pee on the floor.
