Anyone have a good source? I have been doing the usual troll sessions on google and ebay but have not found anything i want to hang on my wall. Looking for metal letters at least a foot or so in height.
Thanks guys, I have a feeling someone on here has grabbed some good ones for their own wall at some point.

local sign shops... you're looking for 'channel letters'...
... hit up the local mom and pop sign shops - i used to work at one over on Manchester & Clayton (used to live in st. louis)... I even repaired channel letters when I worked there... of course that was 10 years ago too... :)
... but yeah... sign shops.

Best source ever
http://www.signletters.com/DWR probably buys their letters from this company.

"Large Metal Letters" would be a great name for a band. Just sayin'...

why not have them custom made at sign shops? i have recently checked some pricing and it's a lot cheaper than you'd expect.
also, an other option is going to the local social sweatshop, haha, i do not know the english word for it, nor do i know if such thing exists outside the Netherlands. It's basically some sort of company/factory where people with disabilities (mentally/physically) are offered a job and they usually do anything, and at fairly cheap rates as well..

parsons' assumption is incorrect, at least with the Spiekermann letters. those are exclusive to DWR, at Erik's request.
but I wouldn't count them as large anyway, so the point is moot.
4cY has the great idea in asking a local sign shop.

(Aug 20 07, 01:04)plus the fact the poster was looking for 'letters' and i linked only a source w/ 'numbers' prolly didn't help much either.....
