I love how Nolan captures things. If Joker is amazing then the film itself should be great.

Yeah i have a feeling this is going to come down to the Joker. The character is so huge and iconic that the film could collapse under the Joker's weight if he sucks. But I am hopeful too. Seems they are going the psycho route, rather than cartoon route.

Nolan seems like he actually read the comics, and understood them... hes doing that Arkham Asylum stuff from the first story arc of shadow of the bat... mixed with some of Miler's Dark Knight returns

I thought Ledger gave a very performance in Brokeback, but that's all i've seen. So I like him.

I didn't like Ledger much in some films, but I had never seen a full project of his until Brokeback Mountain, in which he was pretty good.

Bale and Nolan. This is their third film together. Ledger has not been in any other films that i know of.

He's good, he just usually plays the same type of character or uses the same voice and stoic facial expressions. This is going to be or should be completely different.
