Anyone recommend any good video screen capture software?

i) What is a screenshot?
Screenshots (or screengrabs) are still images taken from the .avi. These images are used to help sell your upload. They give the downloader visual information on the source, the rip; and depending on which shots you take, what the film is about.ii) A Quick Reference guide to your media players shortcuts

P = Original Size (Prefered)
Shift + P = "What you see"GOM
Ctrl + E = Capture to file
Ctrl + C = Capture to clipboard

I use DVDCapture it's free and it works, that's all I can say really
