really?
Maybe u do it in a diff way that I did it but If I put the right ul after the left ul the right ul doesnt align horizontally
- slappy0
the order shouldn't matter

I used 2 [ul]s but I found out that the one that goes to the right you have to put first in the code?
Is that correct?
Do u have to do that everytime u float something?

Yeah thanks,
I have been playing with it but the dont align horizontally!
Anyone seen an example around?

just re-read my post... where the hell was i this morning?
yeah mate, use 2 different UL's float one left the other right.
Someone else might tell you different and i would like to find out their reasons for doing so.

AH ok thanks stugoo?
Yeah they r 2 different ones
So do I float one [ul] right and the other one left? Or is it a better compact way?
- Stugoo0
up to you really, personally id use two ULs,
as it looks like its dictating 2 different menusHowever
you could float those elements right, meaning you could still give them higher priority in the code (if you wanted). or could give the newsletter item a left margin and have the rest sitting next to it.

yeah I have been playing with it
it looks wack!haha
Thanks!

i'd probably have the nav as a left aligned UL and the 'wishlist - email' as another ul but alighned right.
saying that i'm no css genius.

Hi,
I have a horizontal menu. Would it be better to split the [ul] into 2 [ul]s ?Would it hold better in the browsers?
And can it be done?
here is the link?
