Dilemma

So I had interviews at Company A and Company B. Company A were corporate, conservative, situated outside of the city. Company B were bold, brash, AMAZING clients and located downtown. Both offer a similar package.
I told Company A I was going to see Company B and they almost put me off saying they are ruthless and go through designers like Kleenex. I went to see Company B and thought they were great and think it would be best for my career to work with their type of clients.
Company A would have way more job security but I'd like the work better at Company B.
So...
1. If Company A calls and offers me a job, what should I say to stall them in case Company B calls?
2. Does working with a large agency and getting experience working with international clients make it easier to get another job later?
3. I sometimes have flushes of a lack of self-confidence, most likely because I'm intimidated a little by Company B's reputation. Should I stop worrying as anyone can pull themselves together when the time comes?
4. If neither company calls, what's the best place to work... Macdonalds, BK, Wendy's Steak & Shake or Hardees?
If you made it this far without getting bored I salute you. Thanks for persevering.

I'd tell A to talk to B and B to talk to A and let them sort the mess out.

You mean a fight to the death? With pistols and bayonets?

Wendy's square burgers would be pleasing to my obsession with symmetry.

And I like their soggy fries.

Never, EVER go with a company that talks smack about the competiton.
Sounds like A is money and B is exciting and challenging.
The best career move you could possibly make is to follow your heart.
