My render files are all over the place (*learning curve!) and I'd like a clean start.
Q: If I delete render files for a specific project but wish to access the project in the future, can i re-render the project to its present state down the line, or is all lost? I don't want to lose any past work but need to free up disk space!
Many thanks in advance for always being there for me, NT!

Yes, you should be able to no prob.
You'll just have to re-render when loading up the authoring file.

It should keep your project intact, but you will have to re render.
To make sure, try moving one of your render files and opening that project and see what it does.

Cool, thanks! If my project files are all over the place for different projects, can i move everything to one new folder on one hard drive and then reconnect everything?
I really appreciate the guidance!!

if you are keeping those render files and moving them, most likely you will just have to reconnect the media, which ain't no thang.

Use the Media Manager to move and re render all the files associated with your project. This is exactly the reason it exists.
