The graph that Al Gore is using was a Y2K glitch. With the corrected graph it now shows that the 5 warmest years were actually before WWII.
believe the hype.
- TheBlueOne0
I'd respond to this but the tornado we had in Brooklyn yesterday is fucking with my connection...
- ********0
wasn't Y2K a glitch too?

global warming is BS the earth warms and cools every fifteen hundred years. Deserts used to be oceans, get real tree huggers
- ********0
tree hugger right here. guess what? more CO2 in the atmosphere than at any other time in the 650,000 years of arctic ice core drilling. Steady increase in the last 150 years.
That is a fact and I challenge you to find evidence to the contrary.

Get real, fortified! epete22 knows his shit - did you not hear him? 'fifteen hundred year' cycles, man! I, for one, am utterly convinced.
If you still think otherwise, I'm sure he'll further explain why you're wrong.

... if it weren't for global warming... this thread wouldn't exist...

epete, conserve energy, stop posting.

Speaking as a proud eater of meat who is sitting proudly and comfortably on what was once a tree, I gotta ask:
How much do the oil companies pay you to troll the internets?
- PonyBoy0
your mom's a troll.
- PonyBoy0
OH SNAP!!!
- PonyBoy0
hi dobby! hi blueBalls!!
how you old guys doin' it tonight?
I'm back on the pipe dobs... just needed a break I guess... no more of that boozely shit... I gotta get back to carbon releasen' these green pubes...
... hmmm... should we quit weedl smokedin' there-by ending our personal massive output of carbon - in-turn, doing 'our part'?

ah well back to the matter at hand. Assuming this new finding holds some water, it will be interesting to see how those who stand to benefit politically and financially by denying a global warming exists will try to spin this. I imagine they will try to throw the baby out with the glacial ice melt water, so to speak.
- TheBlueOne0
I see the talking points ae parroted well.
- PonyBoy0
that video would have sucked ass if not for the exploding graphics.

I can't think of anything more irrelevant than Fox News.
Nobody actually believes they have any objective journalistic credibility do they?
I mean, it doesn't matter if you agree or disagree with their position, I think everyone recognizes and accepts that Fox has a slant and a bias in their reporting, right?
So then, as a "news" source they are completely irrelevant. They may have some relevancy in entertainment or politics or business etc, but none in actual journalistic news.
- PonyBoy0
relevant to you, fortified?... probably not... relative to others in your peer group and in other states...
... very.
It's all 'relevant'...
... then again - it's all 'irrelevant' if all you think is relevant is what you feel is relevant.
yep... i'm dizzy too. ;)

Not that anyone has to agree, but it is an interesting take on the subject
