It all looks completely out of proportion.
Why not have the noose to the correct scale and try putting the type somewhere else?
And the edges are a little bit photoshop scruff 101 imho.

I think you could get a lot more depth of you blurred the nose, as if it was out of focus.. it all looks a bit flat at this point
