Well I have just spoken to an Agency. THey did some that were also foil blocked. THey came in at £7 per unit :/

I just did a 9 x 12 folder that is 120# (US) duplex cover, 3 units litho + registered emboss
came out to around 9K for 5,000 folders ($1.80 USD per)
Used Smart Papers, Carnival Vellum duplex...prolly not much help to you over there in the UK :(

Yes we've done it [duplexed and triplexed], with foil-blocking as well. It is pricey, but good, re. pics i'll try and find some...

We've had our new business cards done. Yes it's pricey but worthwhile in my opinion. First impression count an all that.
