dock in ps cs3

Yes, one display should have your dock etc, the other one should just be a blank desktop (from what I can remember.)
If you haven't got that, it's not quite set up right.

You may have to set the other display as primary.
In your system prefs, click displays, then click arrangement. Drag the top tool bar onto the other display.
This might be what you're looking for. Don't know other than that.

Are you sure you are dragging into the correct location?
Do you possibly have the display setup as mirrored, meaning it would mirror exactly what is on the other monitor?
I can't really think of another reason it would not be working.

how can i move the dock and the tools to another monitor? am i too stupid? i can move the single palettes to the other monitor, but not this whole dock thingy...
