seamless mix?

i have a couple of nice tracks here which i need to break, cut, paste, twirl and put em back together for a nice mix. which software let's me fiddle around to create my first dj mix? and can i insert nice samples and quotes from movies then?

Great program if you wanna do a mix. Let you control each tracks BPM individually!! So mixing songs together is a snap
