Looking for something like this

- player controls
-XML playlist (that will take more than 5 vids in list)Ive had a quick look on flashkit but to no avail - the ones on flashden are better quality.
anyone got any suggestions where to look for FLA's or points in the right direction for tutorials?

Go build one.
If you go to gotoandlearn.com there are some nice video tutorials on building an flv player. Last time I went there the site was being retooled so you had to download the tutorials as flv files and use an flv player to view em, I know I know...pretty ironic.
I think I might have added XML support for mine but it was extremely easy. If you go this route feel free to hit me up with any questions. I just used this setup for this website:

FLV's can be a pain...
make sure your flv has last keyframe embedded in it... also when you seek the netstrem it takes a few frames to catch up i.e it dont seek instantly which can be a pain...
