It doesn't do her work justice but then I suppose that can be said of any architecture exhibit. Definitely worthwhile, Mike.
Thanks for you email, btw.
I'll reply later. Might be seeing you this weekend too.

I first saw her work at the guggenheim in New york which was amazing the whole space ws devoted to he work.

i didn't think her exhibition at guggenheim was that good.
she had way too much computer renderings and some wacky overly exaggerated perspective drawings.
i was not impressed.

i agree towards the end it was shitty but at the start the large ink paintings she did as a student blew me away. Of course now alot is done by her minions on computers but i like her hand drawn stff

"some wacky overly exaggerated perspective drawings"
but thats her basic theme...

i like her ideas, but alot of the stuff she does is sometimes too creative and just not commercial enough, but i do love her for pushing the boundaries and taking risks with her work.
will be sure to check it out

i guess i am not crazy about her style. i would rather go see peter zumthor or herzog & de meuron. more interesting use of materials and great sensibility.

I enjoyed the shower at the Guggenheim as well and agree that as we got further up to her more current work, the show got less interesting...
At least it's not Gehry.
