this weekend from Miami to NYC. Good lord I am tired. We missed the auto train from Orlando to D.C. by ten minutes. So we drove and never stopped. Took turns driving/trying to sleep. I can even remember my email log on at work righ tnow. :/
Anyone else ever do that drive?

That's a long ass drive. Longest I ever drove was 16 hours. I usually go at nights because there's less traffic.

Drove for 20..Fort Lauderdale to Jersey by myself and 4 red bulls and a blunt....
took 20min naps in some rest stops here and their...

no, but plenty of those canned Starbucks espresso doubel shots. I was charmed to see that even in the armpits of South Carolina you can get those.

I think after the 12th hour, it gets harder to stay within the lines.

years ago my younger brother, two other friends, and myself drove from atlanta north of toronto for a music festival. the only stop other than food or gas was niagra falls. two days later, after getting hardly any sleep at the festival, we made the same drive back. i was cracked out for a week.

26 hours Daytona to Michigan back from spring break, non stop.

Ooof, yeah those are some rough ones.
My mom tells a story about driving from Georgis to Wichita Falls, TX in a VW bug with no air conditioning. I think I will stay away from the car for a week or two.

Dave ended up with some strippers underwear on his head when he was driving and rear-ended the car in front of us. When the other driver got out to look, he took one look at the underwear wearing dude in the car with the Iron Maiden tshirt and got back into his car and quietly drove away.
