Been on the hunt for a new job for a couple of months now and been getting lots of positive feedback on my work but I haven't had any decent offers yet.
In particular I had a very interesting meeting with a chap recently who commented that my portfolio was a few tweaks away from being "very good". Off the back of this conversation I've been out and bought a couple of books on branding but I'd be interested to get your thoughts on my portfolio...
Be gentle please! Any constructive comments would be greatly appreciated! I've been looking at it for too long now and I'm sure there's more I can do to progress it.

I think the drop shadow on those ducks is too big.

And you have inconsistent gaps after each line in a box on your CV. Make the bottom two line up.

get rid of the dropdown box navigation and build something else, thats all i think the site needs.
maybe have a homepage with thumbnails of the best projects (or could be all of them)
