  A friend of a friend is looking for materials on website reviews/audits for her college work. As far as I understand she's supposed to review a few ecommerce sites from a market segment. She's looking to learn what criteria should be used for such scrutiny.
  I remember a thread here on the topic about a year ago and there were some samples exchanged..
  Do you know of any reviews of this kind she could learn from?
