Web Hosting for Ad Agency

Hi everyone!
I am redesigning my agencies site, and we will be moving to a new server, but have a ton of questions that I hope to get some answers for.
1. Who do you use for hosts at your agencies in the states?
2. Do the sites have a CMS system, or do you do updates and upload the files yourselves?
3. Do the provide good analytics?
4. Customer service?

1. depends on tech., bandwidth, and access needs. plus, demands of the bandwidth/usage rates.
2. Yes. Period. No Question- a dynamic, datastore-driven site is a must.
3. um... i think 'yes', but if you are asking about an analytics tool, there are many. Google analytics being close to the top currently. i also really like jkristofer's reinvigorate. really nicely done.
4. i don't get it? are you asking if the web host provides this, and if so, to what level? more info here would be great.
