If you check some of the ripper's identity samples and compare them to the original's, they photoshopped some of the company names to change them but kept the logo design.

You can tell which one the ripper is as he's efforts to make it has own look terrible, look at the ropey airbrushing, it's faded a bit of the logo, and who would have a blank business card?!

Mr. McFarland would not comment on the complaint, saying that he had not seen it yet. But he said that Ed’s Lobster Bar, which opened in March, was no imitator.
“I would say it’s a similar restaurant,” he said, “I would not say it’s a copy.”
