Cheers all.
Getting an error from a guy who says that when he clicks the link on IE/FF on windows (not sure which os he's running) that it stalls for about 20 secs then opens up a shit load of blank windows. WTF?
Bizarre but I need to know if anyone else is getting this. Its a getURL command which is loading the 'mailto' from and XML doc. Any thoughts on why this could possibly happen?

the user doesn't ahve a default mail client installed??
try making an html page with a mailto link in it and get him to test that out...??

Ah, I thought of that already, they have outlook express installed on the pc and apparently it working fine.
But I'll try the html way and see if I can troubleshoot it a bit. Cheers for the suggestion.
