I am submitting a pull page ad to Muscle Health and Fitness and they require the file to be "Vendor prepared TIFF/IT-P1, CT/LW or raster-based DCS2 with a contract proof.".
Is a TIFF/IT-P1 the same as a TIFF file saved from Photoshop or InDesign? Thanks,
Erik

I had to submit ads in this format for various Conde Nast publications and had to send it to a service Bureau they recommended to interpret my InD files.

from what I can tell it's kind of an older thing... it's a pain that Conde Nast requires it

Yea, the program to rip the file to this format is 1000 dollars alone. It saves it into three seperate files. B/W, line art, and the final file. I just sent them my PDF X-1A.
