Fantastic Japanese poster design

  I'm racking my brains for a poster I've seen, perhaps in the book 'Area' or maybe it was from Chaumont 2 years ago.

  It was some japanese type on a wall and water was rising up the wall. As it did the letters below the water line had peeled off, started to sink or collected to float on the surface of the water. Does anyone else remember it/who it was by/what it was for?

  It's been in creative review I'm sure of it, quite recently but I just can't remember who it was by. It'd be a massive help if anyone can help.
