3DS Max Animation Error

  "There are no entity collections, or they are all empty"

  I'm simply trying to render particle animation and it won't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Haven't used Max in like forever, but in Maya certain particle renders can only be done with certain render engines, like a hardware renderer as opposed to mental ray. Maybe that's the same in Max?
