this place?!??:
http://www.bjsrestaurants.com/there was one in colorado and it was only full of shitty, thick pizza and rediculously coked-out sorority girls who couldn't wait tables to save their life.
for real?

Another Duvel fan here.
Although, I don't think I would turn down any Belgian beer if offered. I have tried so many good ones, but fail to remember their names most of the time.

Orval
Chimay
Hoegarden
DeleriumIf you're local store carries it, New Belgium Brewing (Fat Tire) makes a much more affordable trappist ale, and its heavenly... and half the price of the imports... it's called Trippel... look it up.
If you want a tasty white ale on a budget, you can't go wrong with Blue moon.

I don't rate it too highly madirish, got a good few left over from our wedding though so drinking it ;)
I've recently converted to ales more, plenty of damn fine UK beers in there, some from smaller breweries than others, Got a new one last weekend called sheep shagger's gold fantastic!!

i hate the east coast solely because they don't distribute New Belgium brews.
1554. mmm.
- madirish0
i won't hold that against you, Ampersand. i do though, think the owners pledge to "not go east of the Miss" is great. that is a grudge-holder!
i do love me that 1554 as well.

(Jun 8 07, 13:53)Thats the one. The BJs here in SJ at the Oakridge mall has a separate menu just for their Belgian beers. Not sure if thats a local thing or if its part of the chain but I'm not going to complain.
I'm indifferent to their food.
