Shit that they ended your set early, it seems timing is such an issue in these things

YEah sticky mud. I was nakered by the end of it.
I think I have some blurry pics of the Mentalists...

beeb wanted us to do an interview but the only slot they had was when we were actually playing, and we needed to be at the john peel stage for interview so unfortunately no moth not that i'm aware of. apprently bbc 2 were filming when we played but god knows how i'll track that footage down. i'll get me wellies back on and see if i can dive into the archives

So a good time was had by all?
Some people in this office went and the comments were far from positive. Of particular annoyance seemed to be the 30-something pimms drinkers with their 20sq-foot gazebos next to their 8 bedroom "tents" refusing to budge...
Neither group got a camping pitch - sounded awful!
Is there any pro-footage of the Mentalists at the beeb then?

...both klaxon sets were fantastic too!

CSS, Go!Team and stanton warriors were highlights for me. Yoda's VJ set was the best ive seen him do!
glad you all survived it and got out of the car park. search youtube for 'tractor push' - hilarious

can't believe i missed !!! and Shirley Bassey... Still, Modest Mouse, Arcade Fire, Bjork, Iggy & The Stooges, CSS and of course the amazing Mentalists were brilliant!

omg i was onstage/backstage for Arcade Fire, got some footage of Win Butler about 2 metres away playing Body Is A Cage, he's so amazing.

Highlights: Pendulam, Just Jack, Lily Allen, Kasabian, Get cape Wear Cape fly, Holy Fuck and or course the Mentalists

sorry peeps...and sorry to anyone who is lucky enough to be playing there...that's a real big deal, so good luck.
I live in Bristol, and it's that time of year...everyone is on about Glastonbury and it just does my nut in a bit. I get fed up of the post Glastonbury conversations finishing after the words "did you go to Glasto..." as folk show each other the scabby remnants of wrist bands...
...and....??? I just feel that alot of people only see as far as that...nothing further, if you didnt go, your as good as included in the Jade Goody brigade of social fuckwits.
...I don't want it rain either, I have just finished tidying my garden.
...and I think the London 2012 logo sucks...
- chossy0
right thats it I'm coming down on my cheesey steed and I'm pure gonna fire rounds of edam at them dirty lead roof theifs.

aight mad nice, I guess it's good for the music but fuck the hippies man, I heard that if they breathe near you somehow they are stealing clean air from you... wankers.
- vespa0
cmon chossy you coulda ridden through the festival on your mighty cheese horse and all the hippies wouldve scattered like so many chocolate pinecones out of their tiny little minds oh yes they would and you could have shown them the Way Of The Chossmeister DemiGod of The Internets a.k.a He-Who-Rules-With-Cheesy-Fist
