i wouldnt pay if I did it for free for a friend. If it was a client I would pay for 50% but then I would have charged for the design portion.
She asked you for a favour, you messed up but hey you get what you pay for.

I think it should be noted that in all honesty, I'm not even a freakin graphic designer. I'm "the computer guy". I opened illustrator, used the default font, slapped in a text box and the front of the card was some photo she took. blaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
