working with AS 2.0 (+flash 8)
whats the best one out there

well... you can check out 'tweener'... it's solid work and I suspect will be as 3.0 ready rather soon too...
... they're still working out the tweening script for certain filters... but when they get that stuff finished, this will be the deadliest tweening class out there:

you'll notice this is also being considered the 'successor' to your afore-mentioned laco.wz stuff... :)

... that's really all I got. I still wander around prototype function sites for .as... but I see alot of that stuff being jammed into custom classes now too...
... give it time... soon there will massive libraries out there created by users... all .as 3.0+ ready-to-go...
... with the way Flex is working it's way on to the web - I can see some lovely classes coming our way. :)
... on a side note... we could 'get off our asses' and start making some ourselves... you know? :D
