website links are put into categories based on colors used, design styles, and functions?
i think the site i'm speaking of has a mostly blue background??
anyone have any idea what i'm talking about ?? thanks

the one i'm looking for would ..for example have
DISTRESSED SITES :
PORTFOLIO SITES:
ALL BLACK SITES:and then have all the links below each category
