I want to create an action that will save the current layer as a JPEG and GIF as image_1 then hide the layer and save the next layer as Image_2 as gif and JPEG then hide it and continue till the end saving each layer with image_(next number).
How do I go about doing this? anyone know?thanx

have you tried recording this as an action? you can then in the batch function add the digit after the filename?

hmmm, I have never used batches, I think I will have to learn something here.

You could use layer comps. when finsihed you can click on file>scripts>layercomps to file and save them one time as jpg and one time as gif
