Does anyone (I'm guessing mainly UK) have or know where/if there is a copy/web link PDF of the John Lewis brand guidelines??
I'm doing a job for a client that when I have designed it, a second version has to be created and adapted to the style guidelines of a John Lewis document, and in true dis-organised fashion John Lewis' marketing department don't know what I'm talking about?!!!
Have googled it, found bits and bats but nothing that is of any real help, so please if you can...help me!!
Thanks in advance.

if they don't even know what you are talking about they probably have none. so just look at their site and estimate their style or try to find some random pdf's of them and see how its done..

Crouwel, no not that simple as I have been given clear indication that it must adhere to guidelines...correct font size, weight, colours etc, but the account director hasn't got them and tried to get them but hit the wall!! and now he is out in meetings and I'm left looking very blankly at my monitor!!!!!
