i searched for this but didn't quite find what i need.
basically want to sign up for blog site but livejournal or blogger or whatever always has a bar on top. I want to be able to customize it so theres nothing that represents the original site...
like this: http://manystuff.over-blog.com/

i just want something existing so i dont have to bother with scripts which I have no clue about. its for my company so i don wanna spend too much time on it..

You know you can remove that bar from LiveJournal, right?
You just have to go to preferences.
I have a paid account there, so you can customize every little bit of it using CSS. They do have templates though, of course.
