is this for a signature file or just a one time thing?
- acescence0
make the thingy you want to send an html page, open it in safari, select file > mail contents of this page
- vanilla_cam0
so i made the image, put it through imageready and saved as image and html. uploaded the image and html to server. when i copy just the image into mail, doesn't link. when i put the html, no image....
if i saved it out as a jpeg with an image map, shouldn't it link?
just a one time thing i am going to send for other to send out as well....
- flavorful0
Uhm, wait are you actually talking about HTML code?
[img src="http://www.wherevertheimage... border="0" /]
Except change the brackets appropriately?
- acescence0
you must have the path to image fully qualified: h t t p : / / etc..
- vanilla_cam0
but if i type that out in mail, it doesn't render it as an image, only the text...
doesn't work
- acescence0
you are correct, you can't type it out in mail.
you have to create an html page with an image tag and an anchor tag containing the url that you want to jump to when clicked, then view page in safari, select send page as email from the browser to get it into mail.
- vanilla_cam0
alright, here is what i want to place in an email and have it link to the page that the html page already links to....

can seem to find the "send link" in safari, but through firefox all it sends is the link, no the image and link
sorry about this, but this is driving me insane

Avant Garde.
... Oh wait this isn’t a guess the font thread.
- acescence0
in safari it's "mail contents of page", command-I
- vanilla_cam0
