Is like basic biology totally fucked in this country or something?
Of course animals don't have belly buttons, cause (god/the earth mother/ aliens) drops them all off at a stork after (angels/gnomes/Life Generator 2000) creates them and the stork delivers them to all the happy animal parents...
Of course they have belly buttons...at least mammals do..all the egg-hatched animals (birds, reptiles don't)...fer fucks sake

I keep fluff and tiny ladies in my belly button :D, sometimes I take my tiny ladies out and let them run around on my tummy as I lie back and enjoy the sight of them skipping and gambling around my belly :D

Ok in theory they should have belly buttons, but have you ever seen one?
I can't find any pictoral evidence of animal belly buttons,

the reason they dinae have belly buttons per say is because the cord is not cut it sort of tears off and then the wiggle remainder is chewed off by the moms or it sort of just rubbs off in time leaving a flat non belly buttony scar area so that is your answer.
I have not based any of this response on concrete fact but I base it on my general knowledge and common sense?........

I once wrote a story about aliens from outer space whose life source came from their own belly buttons, but they were actual buttons, so some witch stole them and the rest of the adventure was how the leftover villagers attempted to get the belly buttons back.
