been surfing through krop,
i'm to graduate in may - i was the sole designer / coordinator of dstnd.com - other than that - my portfolio is over at justinhale.com - i'm 23 - wrapping up my bfa in fine arts.dstnd was a little non-profit project i did solely out of the love for the people around me.
justinhale.com is mostly my school work - some experiments.

morilla, my site consists of my student work & some personal projects. i'm working as an art director for an ad firm separate of my current online portfolio.
- OSFA0
morilla has a point, in SF you gotz to be the real deal to get the sweet gigs.
But for entertainment, please ignore my comment and retaliate!!!

go for it

Generally, the heavy hitting agencies and firms will want to see some serious client work for that kind of position, and want to hear stories about how you guided your team to a successful final project.
On the other hand, there are also companies who don't care, and will hire you based on pure talent and a gut feeling.
Good luck.

i'm not looking for an "art director" position. just one where i'd fit. i realize i'm not there yet in some sense. but i want to get there.
- ********0
yeah totally, you would go in as a designer no prob.

harlequino, thanks for the advice & luck.
