- If you're using a 1080i player perhaps. They should be exactly the same in picture quality, aside from early releases, where BD used inferior codecs and looked worse than HD-DVD. Try again.Rodimus79

I think we'll all have players that play both formats. they already have some that do just that. I really don't care about the format, just that it looks good on the screen
