I was buying some wine and mentioned my daughter liked pinots... the guy looked at me funny and said he didn't think I looked old enought to have a daughter that old. I asked how old he thought I was and he said 37

How much does it change your feelings towards this girl as she has a child by another man? Do you see the child as a baggage? As an obstacle? An appendage? A handicap? A miracle? A bonus?
Shit happens in life such as single parents but then so does the act of them falling in love again.
My wife's Japanese and a so-called friend of mine expressed his thoughts on my engagement. I put him right by saying that our race didn't matter since it was a case of what people saw. if the world became blind overnight, what would happen to racism?
