nah dancer, come on there's nothing like some whacked out crusty idiot on a badly tuned acoustic guitar to get the party started, likes. not sure about the girls bit though
- Jaline0
I think piano is much hotter, to be honest. But guitar is cool too.
- kelpie0
its the crusty that counts, jaline.

kelpie. The problem with guitars is that everyone thinks they can play it. Actally they only know 3 chords from one song. Whereas piano players are accomplished and understand how music works
- Jaline0
^ exactly.

I always take my bongos with me to parties. I have a special bag for it and everything.
- kelpie0
yeah, it sounds like a whole tune as well and not just one part of a tune, which always biffed me out back when I was into these things and playing the guitar. I resorted to flamenco for a bit and that's way cooler.
But then of course the aforementioned munchies took a hold of my soul.

I wanted to play the saxamaphone after I found out Bill Clinton liked to play it.
I was in 4th grade, haha.
Eh, the music teacher agreed to teach me on one condition, I behaved like a normal child in his class.
I only got like 3 lessons.
Thank you Mr. Whateveryournamewas for being a real teacher, and recognizing that a child who actually wants to learn (and is getting paid from what I remember for these lessons) is a waste of time.
Actually I guess he gave me a life lesson looking back, haha.

haha, cool! I used to play the flute, but piccolo is much more interesting. yet....annoying. I wanted to slap the girl playing it in band in high school.
I hope you're much better.

I play both guitar and piano and I can honestly say that it has never helped me with the ladies nor have I ever played to get the party started (unless I was playing in a band booked for a party).
I did however once play the piano in a youth hotel party in new york when I was extremely pissed and ended up playing a duet with a hot girl, but apart from that.being good at the guitar only attracts nerdy guys. I reckon being a good singer would be the best, one day maybe I'll learn to sing,

I was lead vocals in a band for 6 years.

Instead of playing instruments as a way to meet girls, I just get rip roaring drunk.
