British Passport Typeface?

Anyone help me in working out what the typeface is on the front of a British Passport.
If it is custom can you suggest a close alternative.

counterfeiting passports is illegal, no matter how much money a guy at the local market will pay you.

watch "the jackal", the original version. he gets it easily.

but both are not correct. I'd say the first is slightly closer but not a perfect match.
