could be zapfino - the "Th" is a special ligature found in Zapfino (Illustrator > Glyphs) - although this looks bolder than Zapfino . . .

It is a lot easier if you just enable discretionary ligatures in the OT palette unless you just want a couple of the ligatures.

just figured it out . . . seems to only work with opentype

i just opened the glyphs window and you have to double click on the character you want...
first make sure you se;ect the text tool and type something and make sure it is selected when you open the glyphs and double click, otherwise you will go mad because it wont work.
