http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_ne…That's just made me hungry. And you can't get decent bacon over here, only that streaky, fat, thin crunchy crap :'(

So why did I click Broadcast Live instead of Edit? Half the damn equation's missing. Never mind, you get the idea. So who's going to FedEx me over a REAL bacon sandwich then?

if you are in america, and can't find 'bacon', you're hopeless

Forget the bacon, Newtons are fruit and cake.

'Bacon' is my middle name!
I hate bacon... everything I order that usually comes w/bacon... I make sure it gets taken out first.

Find yourself some Canadian Bacon (or back bacon). That's probably closer to what you want.

When cooking bacon, do not cook at high temperatures for long periods of time. High heat can turn the nitrite curing agents into nitrosamine. Nitrites have been the subject of controversy as a potential cancer-causing agent in animal experiments. Results are as yet inconclusive. There are nitrate-free bacon products on the market. Check labels.

Back bacon is exactly what I want but I can't find it anywhere. All they seem to have in the stores here is various brands of the same fatty muscle :(
I think Canadian bacon is processed shite though. Like sliced hotdog.

You sound like you're missin' blighty 5tim.
Shall I fax you some cadburys?

You've had the wrong Canadian Bacon then I can tell you that. CB is usually synonymous with back bacon in the states. Any decent butcher should have back bacon available.
