-------please please please promise that you wont open it up to people submitting designs and other people voting on them then the best ones being produced.
you are just opening yourself up for getting loads of sh*te designs that people post up here saying "vote for my tshirt"
ive got a lot of respect with what you are doing with this designgive site - but you'd lose it if you started doing that lol.
the only tshirt ive ever bought from threadless was a prate.com one from when i used to talk to gemma on praystations "dreamless.org" (old skoolers will remember that). thats when threadless was fresh and all the designs were great and by great designers/illustrators.
now theyve just sold out to the masses.so to sum up, lol, keep the designers good and the illustrations FRESH like you have already and youl keep goin with your good thing ;)

23, that Prate shirt was the only one I really wanted from Threadless. Damn.
And I agree, keep it this way. The site creators can chose which ones are good.
Not to say that the voting system isn't good, because it can be. I mean, it's so that people can have whatever design they want by voting for it. Prickie.com is this way as well, but you won't get any money if you're designs aren't good enough to sell. The concept is respectable, but messy.

23Kon: Excellent comments and very well received.
There are no plans to open designs up for voting and will strive to bring quality designs for the design community since that is our target audience.
Our primary focus is to offer quality designs to fellow designers while giving to 7 great causes. If our product ever becomes diluted, our efforts for the causes will be as well. :)
