That's great!
We're lucky that we also have this place nearby:
http://www.burnsfilmcenter.org/I have membership so can get dibs on different events. In the past year I got to see screenings and Q&A type things with Terrence Howard, Steven Soderbergh, various Baldwins, Robert Klien, William Hurt.
And it's such a nice little venue, great for seeing rare and restored films too.
:D

That's cool as hell harlequino.
So anyone else see the film? Anyone not like it?

Did you see Blades of Glory yet?

(Apr 4 07, 10:19)Not sure where you were going with that but maybe the "Blades of Glory" thread will answer that for you. Cause ya know, if you were going to make fun of my mentality or something if I had seen it maybe you can do it now in that thread. See you there. Oh wait, I prolly won't.

I may have video, probably no pictures. I would never get it online anytime soon though, because it's old-school video and I'd have to dig it up.

Validating or mocking?
The answer is quite clear.

The answer is quite clear, you are fucking pathetic.

when I go see Blades of Glory... I'm going to mentally replace Heder and Ferrell w/k0na and Dobs.

You two are like Chazz Michael Michaels and Jimmy MacElroy.

Seems like a very k0na-esque film, haha.
Ferrell is funny sometimes, but he's kind of becoming a caricature of himself. It's hard to explain. I get his humour, but I really have to be in the mood to enjoy it fully.
Jenna Fischer (The Office) is another enticing reason to go for some people, I guess (not really for me though).
Amy Poehler and Will Arnett (real life couple) will make me want to see this film though, so I may check it out soon enough. And William Fichtner will probably be great too.

lol, that reminds me of the time I was one of the Mayors of Munchkinville in an elementary school production.

Little known fact, Jaline stayed in character for over 5 years afterwards.
- mrdobolina0
Jaline, this is almost perfect about my actual opinion of kona.

We used to be cool...

I'm totally Ferrell right?!? I see myself as him. The funny guy everyone likes and is the life of the party and such. And the extreme sex bomb of a human specimin who can make a woman pregnant by a mere look from across the room and always carries a fifth of jack in their back pocket and to drink it smashes off the top and drinks it glass shards and all. Ya know what. I'm fuckin ok with that.
I so want to see this movie now. Especially the part where Ferrell is kicking off the blond sissy head of Heder in the practice rink. heh heh.
*to the batmobile
