.... a free software .. or a trial version I could use to convert an InDesign file to Quark?
I'm doing a full page catalog layout and I don't trust the catalog designer to put it together if "provide a general layout and the images"
or any other ideas to keep my design true before sending my design over to a taxidermy catalog? ( they need to apply their own quark styles)
thanks

That would be awesome if you were getting paid in stuffed animals. LOL

there is software that does this. it is buggy, and i dont think there is a free trial.

Try using the InDesign Interchange option. File > Export, and then select that as the file type (INX). Someone told me that works, but I've never tried it myself.

yeah, or if you can somehow manage to save the quark file as a quark legacy file, i hear that works as well. never tried it myself.

if they paid me that then maybe Victoria's Secret would pay their Associate Art Director ( see top of NTB) in models

maybe i could just provide a press quality PDF for them to place into quark ... and then when i give them the copy they can put a layer over the PDF and put their styles on my copy?
