Has anyone ever used a online dating agency before and if so what was your experience. I've just moved to London and i know fuck all people up here and London is a big lonely city, so i need to find some friends, whats the best way to get them?

a close friend of mine has been on match.com, eharmony.com and jdate.com for almost a year.
he's meeting lots of ppl and going on many dates, but it all seems quite hollow

what happened to the good ol' days when you would meet girls at the local strip club, take them home and once they were pregnant you would run away with their best friend or cousin? That's the best way to create a network of friends around the country...I've heard

Nah, I’m not shy at all (well maybe around girls I think are really hot initially [booze cures that]), nor am I dirty (well not in a hygiene way, perhaps STD).
