Yo jox I'd like to see the place.
I just started the initial looking for houses in my area too. Gotta get out of the condo maybe a little sooner than I thought. The wifey and I have talked about it a lot before, but the timetable for having kids seemed to get a little shorter last night in the convo.

Being around my two nephews who are 19 and 18 months has been so cool the wifey and I are in the 'oh, i want one' stage.
Particularly because the 19 months olds' newest trick that I taught him is to walk around the house, stop, lift his leg and make a fart sound with his mouth. F-ing hysterical.

OSFA - Don't really have any big plans.. mainly because I don't want to make extensive plans and *not* get the house.. that'd suck. But it's probably gonna need a new kitchen. It's a little antique-y and I dig modern stuff.
