I have been contracting for a while now and with the opportunity of a 6 month contract coming up I have decided to bite the bullet and set up a ltd company rather than stay with my umbrella company.
Does anyone have any advice or use a UK (London preferably) based accountant that could recommend, specifically for a contractor looking to start up a ltd?

Used www.companies-limited.co.uk to register my name - took like 3days then found an accountant later
