Since (reluctantly) updating my system to Tiger. Hearly every font I open in Suitcase comes up with a warning sayoing there is a conflict with a font in my system Folder.
Is there any way/software (free) that finds such things.
THere used to be Conflict Catcher on OS9.
Any help?

The OSX you have installed has a program called Font Book. you can take all the fonts you allowed it to install and stop running it – then it should not conflict with another Font program running.
I would suggest trying Linotype's fontExplorer X as it seems to have the fewest number of conflicts with the OS.

I'd really like to contribute to this, but then at the end of the day, what rand says is true - you'll never learn from advice on here or from anyone else, you just go through your life experiencing things and it sorts itself out to a greater or lesser extent. that's what makes us all different people.

Again, Dancer, if you uninstall the fonts from Font Book in your OS then you should be able to install Suitcase and run it without the error messages noting conflicting files.
